5. SMS / Text Messaging Program
This section describes our SMS program and how we handle mobile information. It is provided in compliance with Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) requirements and the carrier-mandated standards of A2P 10DLC registration.

After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you further SMS messages, except for one-time service messages required to wind down active matters. 5.6 Mobile Information Sharing

Information necessary to deliver SMS messages (such as your mobile number and message content) is shared only with our SMS service provider for the purpose of message delivery.

We retain records of SMS opt-in consent for at least four years from the date of your most recent message, in line with TCPA recordkeeping standards.

Each service provider is bound by contractual obligations to handle your information securely and only for the purposes we authorize.

- Completed project records: 7 years (US tax and recordkeeping requirements)
- SMS opt-in records: at least 4 years (TCPA compliance)
- Marketing email subscriptions: until you unsubscribe
- Website analytics data: per cookie type, up to 12 months for tracking cookies
- Source documents: securely deleted after project completion unless you request longer retention or regulatory rules require it
